[Austria strolls around at her usual leisurely pace, this time spinning a lace parasol in her hands behind her. She looks like the picture perfect image of a proper lady, so she's sure that Prussia will pop out from somewhere to goad her for it soon.

There. [Austria moves to return Prussia's bird to her head again.]

[She reaches up and immediately rakes a hand through her hair, making sure it's settled the way she likes it. The little bird flies up out of her reach while she does, only settling once the coast is clear.]
